I ran 2 miles a couple days ago in about 12:30. I havn't run near as much as i'd like to though. Used to run all the time in high school and was going to walk on at college but ended up quiting after one semester. Hadn't done much since.
I have to run it for the new Air Force PT test. I usually do it around 12:00-12:20. I don't like running, but at least it's making our service get into better shape
i can do it in about 11.30. when i was in high school i was on the varsity soccer team, plus my home rec teams. i never sat down. i was running like 10-15 miles a day between practices, games and just messing around
I run quite a bit, around 5-10 mi a week. The best I've run is low 10's, if I tried I'm sure I could get less than 10, but usually I run alot more than 1.5 mi so I pace myself. 13 min is pretty good if you havn't run in a while. Most people can't even make it that far.

Back in college I could have done a mile and a half in a little under 7 mins....
These days I'd be lucky to go 8 min....
But then again running helped pay for my college. I averaged about 70 miles a week when I was in school.

don't remember but I used to run ~4 miles in about 20-30 min. I aimed for distance/pace over time
I only threw stuff when I was on track, ran for endurance in football.
