CHECK OUT THE SKORPIAN!!!!....Dude, you know your stuff mate!

Toyota made 3 Gt4 models...

the St 165, St 185 and the St 205......The latter two having pop up headlights and the St185 coming in various forms as you correctly mentioned, with the Ltd edition Carols Sainz being the more superior They also made WRC versions and Wide Body, of which I am lucky to have.

Unfortunately, one NEVER see's a Firebird round here,......we cant afford the fuel! Then again, this week, my car has given me less than 17Mpg as had a race with a Civic-R, and dont let that small hatch back fool ya!......It'll rev to 9k and go on and on and on!....But in the end, he was the one picking up the soap!

Firebirds aren’t actually that expensive here, relative the amount of car ya getting....Ive seen a 2000 for £12500 ($22581)......Though Im pretty certain we're getting screwed as everything’s cheaper abroad. The major prob is servicing, parts and consumption.....I was kinda pondering on absorbing the negatives if the car positives would warrant it......However, the expertise just isnt available here and if that puppy breaks down, Im screwed!

I guess I'll just have to save up and get a Skyline and be done with it! getting them to 600BHP Is too easy for one not to!.....Its a shame you guys don’t get some of the cars we have here!!!(and vice versa!)
if you haven't already, go to www.celica.net. largest Celica community on the internet. There's a lot of morons over there, but there's quite a few long-term members who know their stuff, and a few have ST205's. they can help you out.

Welcome!
Where abouts in London are you from?
I was born in South Gate.

Personally, because I'm familiar with gas prices over there and quite familiar with the v6 f body I'd keep what you have currently. It would out perform the v6 f body in every manner. I'm the biggest v6 f body fanatic out there... but when you factor in fuel prices, shipping perf parts, and lack of us friendly shops you would be better w/ what you currently have.

Welcome though

12SecondV6!
Thank you all for such a warm welcome!....
Petrol heads unite!!

Southgate is about 12Miles down the road! Im from Wembley, a few non Brits would know it as the home of Football(soccer)..

Im actually a Persian Brit, came to London when I was 5 as things went pear shaped back in Tehran in 79,....The whole Islamic Regime etc!

Appreciate your unbiased opinions regarding the cars! Shame, as seen a couple in specialist dealerships and the sheer width of the things make me grin! Big is always better, sorry if ya been told it doesn’t matter! She lied! lol!

Taxes here are INSANE!!!!!!!....They're bringing out a farting tax and soon a whacking off tax! I hear one is charged per stroke!

I spent 3 weeks in San-An, Texas 3-4 years ago and you guys have it sweet! What people here pay for a single room in a shared house, is the equiv to a 2 bed apartment in an enclosed complex, with pool, gym, grounds and security over there!....Needless to say people there were much more friendlier and it seemed the accent was a reeel hit with the ladies! (alas, I was staying with my then girlfriends parents!)

Things are soo cheap there! I left the Country with an extra suitcase and pretty much cleared out sports nutrition stores!….The advent of the EU has made decent supplements unavailable.

I would however say that quite a few of the people I met were quite ignorant to social and current affairs outside their state, and many lived in a very secular bubble…
It was diff world altogether! Some beautiful sites though!
