Not all of us that didn't buy their own cars act like this tool. I had to drive a four-door around for a year and a half before I got my 'Maro and I considered myself VERY lucky. Since then I've taken excellent care of my car. I want a V8 very badly but I'm not spoiled and I realize I drive a very nice car. I hate this attitude people take that "if you didn't buy your own car you're a spoiled brat."

Well if you don't crash it, what are you gonna do in about 3-5 years, when your daddy cuts your $ off. I mean eventually we all gotta grow up, or are you gonna suck off him nipple till your 30.

Don't worry by then you will have accumalated enough tickets and such, that your 6 month premium will be half the value of your car.

Your gonna drive it for 4 months,use all your money to mod it up, get a speeding ticket. Your dads gonna get his insurance bill on you, he gonna say **** that and sell your car.

True not all people who get a gift like that act like he has and really do appriceate their good fortune.

No you had 2 posts in the same thread. You could have read the first one and anticipated what kind of reaction you would get. No I dont feel good about it, it saddens me. It saddens me that we HAD TO EVEN say that to a 16 year old kid. Instead I should have this conversation with my 8 year old daughter. She shows more maturity than you. At least she would own up to her mistakes instead of getting upset with everyone for telling her where she messed up.

Again I do wish you well, and I hope you can do alot of growing up. :(

Its a$$holes like you that give 16-17 year olds everywhere a bad rap. I've owned my '95 3.4L M5 Camaro since early 16, my 2nd car. My first was a '96 Ford Escort Stationwagon. My car was given to me. Am I an a$$hole about it? Of course not. I feel very lucky to be able to have such a nice car, not many can say that...especially a 16 year old. Do I treat my car like this fool? No. My car is my baby, it gets treated like its worth its weight in gold.

That being said, a Z28 is in the works. I'm 17 now, and in a month, two max, I'll be getting a Z28. I'll be selling my car, and my parents will be filling in the rest of the money needed, and I'll pay them back. Will I act like this jacka$$ when I get it? No. I'll stay on here, because its a wonderful community and its like my family.

The reason I'm saying this is because all of you guys who look down on everyone who hasn't busted their *** to afford these cars. To tell you the truth, I'd much rather have bought my car...but just because I didn't, it doesn't mean that I'm not 110% thankful for being able to have my car, and it doesn't mean I feel like I'm better than anyone else. Also, because I didn't pay for my car, my parents now have that leverage. That's their weapon of choice, when I do something wrong/don't do something, my car is instantly taken away. Selling it has been used for many threats, too. Although its probably not the case with this kid, I'm sure it is with some other guys too...so before you think we just got these handed to us without blinking, think again.

Oh, I also want to add: Enjoy the car while it lasts. I give you 3 months max. Just remember, a V6 is much more forgiving than a V8.
