i dont really know much about them but i have heard that you want atleast a 3.0 MP camera. so, im looking to get one for my mom for her birthday and this is the one i found at my local walmart. it seemed easy to use and confortable to hold. what do you guys think? look
any advice you guy have about buying these things would be appreciated
I got one for my birthday ... it's a Fuji somethin' 'er other. I absolutly love it. And yes, to my knowledge ... you want one 3.0 or higher. It's the best quality. Walmart has some really nice ones. I can't load up that site (this computer can't multi-task, haha) but I'm sure it's fine.

Fuji puts out a fine product. I recently went looking for a new Digital Camera and found the Fujifilm Finepix A500 (4.1MP) to be awesome for the money. Costs around $250 in local stores, about $210 shipped on EBay (with no taxes, yay!) LOL.

That is one nice looking digital camera. I just bought this one less than 6 months ago. http://www.walmart.com/catalog/produ...00000000147620 Too bad when I bought it, I paid 500 bucks (shipping plus a 256 MB card)...

just make sure it takes good night shots. I tried taking pics at a concert and they all came out blurry cuz it needs like 4 seconds to process the light. A lot of the cheaper digital cameras suck in low lighting
I love my Canon A70 its 3.2mp, and I think its starting to get as cheap as $200. This camera was reccomended to me on cz28.com when I was looking around for a camera. This camara has more then exceded my expectations.
EPinions is a great site. I use it all the time to see if a product is good or not.
FWIW, my dad has a Konica Minolta DiMAGE Z1. He had the Fuji A330 before that, but the Z1 is really nice. Great quality on both pictures and video. The Z2 is out now, and will probably be even better.
