I think they have an extra 0 in there. </font>
yeah I was thinking the same thing. The last 1000 trillion times i've flown on a A320 they must have have been taken off at idle power!
Originally posted by 4thgenowner: oh yeah, isn't the V2500 a turboFAN?
Yes, but the FAA doesn't really distinguish between the 2. Turbofan is based on Turbojet, so it's pretty much the same. For example, FAR 61.31 says you need a type rating for a "turbojet-powered airplane", but that still includes turbofans. ;)

Gives me a headache looking at that crap at times. Just got done with one block of school, learned fluid lines and fittings, aircraft drawings, and corrosion control. Should be receiving my corrosion cert. here within the next month. As for the plane, that thing is still in pretty good shape, so long as the basic structure is still good. You are right about the spar though.
Just out of curiosity, Blue Flame, do you have your IA?

I don't what that stuff is, but it ain't for the baron. The baron has two Teledyne continental IO 550's with 300bhp per side.
I don't know anything about airbus junk, but I doubt they have 250,000lb of thrust per side. that would make them capable of accelerating quickly while fully loaded at a 90* pitch up attitude. That would be pretty cool.

Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
