Well I work @ one of the airports here in Denver and today about 1:00 we get a call from our other shop because there was a plane crash and they need the fork lift. Well were kinda dicking around waiting for it to be 3. So we go down there and were like need any help so there like sure. Well we go out on the runway where it crashed. I was laying in the grass with 2 out of 3 of the landing gear collapsed. Well turn out she was landing bounced when she came down bounce again went off the runway and was going through the mud hit one of the taxiway markers; These are fairly large about 2 foot by 4 foot. That took out her nose gear and at that point both of the props hit the ground and bent and ground, this collapsed the right side gear and it came to rest just before the other taxi way. It took us about 1 1/2 hours to get it loaded up on the trailer and back to our hangar. I know she was having a bad day because it was a baron which costs around $800,000, but the company I work for i know was seeing dollar signs on this one. I have some pics if anyone wants to see them of it sitting on the trailer.

I've flown one of those. They were pretty easy to land.
Was it really windy or turbulent?
I thought those things retailed for over a million dollars.1999 red camaro v6 M5: with a turbo
13.52@107.99
No, seriously: Who Farted?
http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/600086

From the looks of that damage, it doesn't look too severe, but then I couldn't get a good view of the belly either. Looking at new prop blades some sheetmetal work, whoever works corrosion control will have a field day with this plane, not to mention the landing gear/box.1995 Pontiac Firebird

Damage that we had come up with when we pulled it up is both engines will have to probably be rebuilt because the cranks are twisted. all 3 landing gears will have to be replaced. Most of the ant on the belly are destroyed. New Pitot tubes because there broken off. Were figureing theres probably a broken spar as hard as it hit. Damages are gonna be around 300,000.
As far as the tail # you can actually use avantex software to pull up the owner and information on a airplane including serial # year and engine type. It is quite usefull for stuff like this.2002 M5 Bright Metallic Silver
*Fully loaded and modded

2005 GSXR 750
*Micron Serpent Race Exhaust *K&N Filter *Power Commander *Trying to hit 200 MPH!

1970 SS 454 Chevelle Cortez Silver
*It can pass anything but a gas station

Go to the Databases and type in the N Number. It'll tell you all about the aircraft. ;)Matt
