Ok, I can't take it- I am going nuts without my Firebird. Does anybody know how to track down a car you sold? I want to offer whoever bought it a good amount of money to get my car back.
I need my Firebird! It isn't just a car, it is me!
Where should I start? I think it was sold last in Illinois (I tried to keep track of it but I lost it once it got traded in)

I'll definitely give carfax a shot. I have my records from when I sold it to a friend, but he traded it in like a month later at a CarMax (he broke his foot and couldn't use the clutch), so it pretty much fell off my radar after that.
I'll let y'all know how it went- I can't wait to rejoin the fbv6.com community!

I have to wait a few days to get the vin # from the files at my parents house, then I'm kicking the search into full gear. I hope when I finally find it, I will be able to offer the current owner enough money to buy it back. Or even worse- I hope it hasn't been crashed!

I still haven't found the vin # yet- my Firebird documents file is at home, but my parents are out of town. I might call the dealership here where I got my oil changed a couple of times- they have my vin #. Thanks for the support!

Dang Riles, you did a great job with that bird with the TB, Powerdyne and a new way of installing Walbro fuel pump, yeah I would miss that car too. It's funny how attach you get to your cars. I have an '88 mini-truck, my very first, I could never picture myself without my mini.
So the Mazda 6 not doing you justice? I was fortunate to see my honda being driven by a young blond girl when I saw my ex-car in college. It was clean and in good condition. I guess the DMV would be your best luck.
Haha, nope, the Mazda isn't doing great. Actually, its a Mazdaspeed Protege, and I ran a 14.3 at the track with it, but its not a fun 14.3- absolutely ZERO torque. Damn 4 cylinders! I miss the neck snapping acceleration of rear drive, big displacement engines!
Hah, I can say the the firebird had a big displacement engine because I have a friggen 2.0 litre now.
