• Springs here, car out yet?

Took my car out of storage today...finally.

Been driving a 90' Gold Lebaron for the past 7 months.

Just wondering if anyone else that stored their car has taken it out yet.

It's still only in the mid-high 30's in Michigan, but I don't see it snowing anymore and definetly no more salt. So I think it's safe to take it out and keep it at school for the last month.

Side story, I took my car to the gas station to put more air in my tires and there's a guy parked next to the air pump (only room for 1 car) and he's just standing there looking at his rustbucket of a truck. So I wait like 3 minutes in my car and he's still doing nothing, so I go up to him and ask him if he's using the air. He looks at me and says "Looks like we have a genius on our hands here". He's about 40 years old and I'm 20. So I say, Oh, looks like someone has a attitude problem here. He goes, Yeah, I got a f*ing attitude, what you going to do about it. I said very sarcastically, well I can fill your tires for you since Im a genius and you don't look like your capable. Then he told me to **** off. So I just walked back to my car and yelled, Sir, nice truck. He proceeded to take the next 10 minutes to fill his tires while we exchanged words. It was just a bunch of **** you's and stuff so I'll leave it out.

Just thought it was kinda funny how some people can be such ***holes.

Yep - just took the snow tires off yesterday. It does kinda suck to have mismatched rims on the ride for 3 months of the year, but the traction is worth it.

The past few weeks have been f'ing beautiful, 50's and 60's. But no. We are getting 3+ inches of snow today and another 12+ inches tomorrow. . I have had it our all winter cuz there was never a whole lot of snow to contend with. I just put it away last night and now I am driving a 1990 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme with 180k. Sweet car, I know.

I just got the car painted too...ugh. :(

I've had my car in and out of storage all winter. Just crazy weather. I washed it and waxed it this last 60 degree day we had, and its been in the garage for the past two weeks because after that, its been in the 30's with snow. Thats alright, im looking to get one more day of boarding in and did some luge thing yesterday.

I use my bird all year round though so its not too bad. But spring is definitley not here. We've had our biggest blizzards in the past in April.

She stays in storage until the town gets the street sweeper out. If there is salt on the roads, she does not go out to play.

Test & Tune for autox is in three weeks. I hope they have the roads cleaned by then.
