    Not true. All you would need is either the genetic makeup of the dinosaur, or some variant of the DNA. Amplify and replicate it through genetically modified E. coli bacteria to mass produce the small amount of DNA into thousands of fragments. The only thing that would be tough is obtaining the initial chromatid. From there on, it's easily possible. I'm not to sure about whether or not there are some minute fragments in the bones on display in museums and whatnot.
