You are working for nothing but modifications to your camaro...It's pretty pathetic.. How about you first take on the responsibility of paying for YOUR OWN car before blowing it on go fast parts.........
mod that sucker! thats what i should have done at your age. but i wasted it on useless crap like video games and other crap. youre 16 enjoy blowing money while you can, becuase down the road that kind of fun is few and far between with all the bills you get.
current car- 95 Trans am- bolt ons, parked and collecting dust. why? because **** it

I am only going to spend $1800 to $2000 more on my car (only the stuff listed above) in modifications, that’s it. I am going to put each Paycheck in my Bank Account, and I’m going to give my Mom 20% of each Paycheck because that’s all she wants because my Grandpa is helping too. I also have A LOT of Bond’s that I’m putting in my Bank Account w/ my future Paychecks. I’m only going to spend a certain amount of money on my car, and the rest is for my future. Why do you think that list is so specific w/ all the prices, because that’s all that I’m spending ($2000 at most). I’m really excited to start saving money for my future.

hey dude, awesome
congrats on the job (topic of the thread)
everyone else....
lay off
he's 16
let him have fun
he's going to do what he wants anyways, not what some internet dad wants him to do
if I was 16 with no bills, I would blow every red cent
this job is not going to be enough to save for college
I worked at a gas station for 7 bucks an hour full time for two years
you cant save money when you dont make much
PS
L36Camaro,
blow it and have a little bit of fun WHILE YOU STILL CAN (before you turn into these boring guys^^)
you have the REST OF YOUR LIFE to save
dont get bogged down now

Uummmm... who are you pointing too?
j/k
I agree, although putting some away into savings wouldn't be a bad idea, don't let it take away from having fun spending it.
Congrats...but I have to ask, why did you bother to buy racing wheels for the front? Seems like that money could have been much better spent on something else.
this is my opinion: i am 18 and a freshman at college my fist car was a 94 grand pric i bought it for 2k i later sold it for 2 k and bought the camaro for 4500, (i bought all this) i spent here and there while working through H.S. and paying my note/ins. car got smashed i bought the bird in cash, i now pay my rent 275 a month and am in college i got some money a while bak i put about 2k in savings(1 k mine 1 k moms) and i modded my car i work at the local target and make 8.75 an hour and my first check was 700!!! the only thing my mom does now is pay my ins for a year(graduation gift) so i have been very dependent but yet modding the heck outta my car b/c i know i will get too old for it or run outta money or loose interest so now is the time to have fun(also college pays me 1 k a semester!!!)
i modded my car while i was living at home. its going to be the best time to do it b/c once you move out and start paying bills, you won't be able to save up for mods.
