They're going to hook an IV up to me and everything. Not cheap, I dont have good dental insurance so its going to be well over $2000 out of pocket

I got nitrous oxide for mine, didn't really hurt much, and really not at all the day after. Didn't swell up, but it bled for quite a while. 2 of mine cracked when they were pulling them out, and I had annoying holes that food would get stuck in for a good 3-4 months.

You have to get them pulled out if you hadn't yet? What is this like a couple hour procedure? Does not sound fun at all.

All (3) of my brothers had each of their wisdom teeth pulled out. I'm the lucky one, no need to get any of them pulled I did wear braces during middle school, maybe that is why hehe.

Had mine pulled about a year ago. I did twilight and had an IV they pumped a lot on anti biotics through along with some other stuff (pain killers and anti inflamatories I think). About an hour after I was fully awake I was fine. Didn't hurt, didn't bleed a ton, didn't stay swollen for more than a few days. I was driving later that afternoon because I felt 100% within an hour or two after. It's kind of irritating when the holes are healing because you get food stuck back there.

I hear a lot of how well it goes depends on your doctor along with why the teeth need to be pulled. Mine got pulled because they were far enough back that I had a hard time getting to them to keep them clean.

I got all 3 of mine pulled a few yrs ago. Forgot to tell them I wanted to keep them. I do remember starting to coem out of it in the middle when they were yaning on one. I decided to not deal w/it & went back under.

Just get them cut out, whole proceedure is like 30 minutes long, and you wont even be awake for it. They give you the laughing gas to make ya goofy, and then hook the IV up to ya. The next thing you know, you wake up in the parking lot being carried to the car by your mom, your fiance, and some random nurse. Don't remember much about it except for the questions they kept asking me while the gas kicked in. I kept breathing through my mouth when they weren't looking so they were kinda confused why I hadn't passed out yet.

It didn't hurt me that much. I came home, took a nap for a while then went out partying that night. Around 3-4am I started to feel the pain.

Had braces though for 2 years and that was a PITA
