i recently read something in a post here that got thoughts to run through my head. I decided i needed to further comment on the idea of a breeding license. There are two ways i feel we could tackle this. first their is the psych exam and written test. if there is the slightest hint of mental illness, stupidity, or anything deemed unwanted you dont get your breeding license. the punishment for breeding without said license is you lose your balls/overies. The other way to keep out the bad genes is anyone who fails at suicide anything else one should be able to accomplish quite easily you lose your license and your balls/overies. I mean really who wants someone who cant even off themselves to breed. Also the breeding license a dual license for voting as well (for obvious reasons). we will of course have to test people at an age of about 10 before they have the chance to slide one by before they get the license. tests will also be given every 5 years to ensure the person truly is breeding material. this is the perfect plan, how can you dissagree?

I seriously hope you are joking, because that is really stupid to think of something like that. I can't think of a group, government, individual, or so forth that should have any decision on who should and shouldn't have children.
