  • Thinkin of upgrading..

To a 6! A 99+ is what I'm looking for. I've been thinking about it for a while, and I want to stay away from 8's till I finish school (Gas, insurance, higher payments), and I already know the 3.8 pretty well, and I want the body, mileage, and straight TB that comes with em. My 97 has 94k on it now, so I'm just looking for some opinions/imput on how much I'm looking at? I'm looking for red or black, T-tops, auto or manual, but preferably auto. How much do you think I'll end up paying for a decently low mileage (-50k) after trade in, or selling? Thanks.

What year had the tubular manifolds? I'd think going with the model year that included the tubular manifolds would be a better investment. Just my $.02

Take your time in shopping around.

I've seen 1999 3.8's go for as low as $6000.

pretty much all dealers go by N.A.D.A. value..just go to www.nada.com and enter your car to see what the trade in value is..and then see what the current value is of the kind of car you're looking for..good luck!!
