yah that sux, i love my job 35 hr weeks but good hourly $ so it works for me...I'd say work a few more weeks of major OT, save that cash and quit and find yourself a new job with your newfound time lol. I've worked salary @50hr weeks and hated it...ive worked full time jobs with 40+/-hrs including overtime and it was ok...it sounds like you work retail which generally sucks...you have supervisory experience which looks good on a resume, but like stated you really shouldnt try to force people out of your dept...it was your bosses that hired them I assume...so either deal with it or get out as I doubt it will get better before it gets worse. I would offer you a stress releaver as james suggested, but im married [img]tongue.gif[/img]
