GIF's Not Animating

Ive had this problem with my PC for a while i guess, its just never bothered me untill a few days ago.

Why is it my GIF images dont animiate and move around like they should?

I have randomly ran into the problem before too. It isn't constant for me, but sometimes if there are Graemlins on the page and I open the little link to add one they will stop moving. I would just wait for the site update and see if that helps at all.

do you have a firewall?

they will usually cause them not to animate.

Also, i would suggest getting zone alarm, or some other firewall.. the windows one isnt very good.
