Valentine gift for a guy (help)

I am having a hard time picking out a Valentine's Day gift for this guy I am dating.

I wanted to get something nice but I have no idea what. I dont want to get anything that will freak him out because its not like we are getting married or anything ya know? Just dating.

Things I have bought him in the past- a bunch of Jeep accessories (or Jeep clothing, pocket watch, knife, etc)... I bought him a digital picture frame for this past Christmas. I know I dont want to get him any jewelry and he doesnt like candy... he does like carnations and he just brought it up but i think it might be a little silly to get a guy flowers. lol I have bought him a watch before and a pocket knife thing.

Last night we went out to a bar and he had a ring on (a 10 year ring from where he works) and he turned it around so it was just the band showing and hes like "Hey it looks like a wedding band, dont it?" I would think a nice silver/band would be cool but I dont want to scare him thinking I am proposing or something you know? I know he could use another memory stick for his digital camera but he could just buy that himself.

So, any ideas on what to get a guy which wont scream "commitment" because I am not pushing the issue? Just want something to show that I care. Oh, and dont say just show up wearing nothing but a long coat on valentine's day... i need serious gift ideas. Its like I already bought him things before (for his birthday or christmas) so I am out of ideas. I would like to get him an engraved money clip but his mom who had passed away had got him one a long time ago so he uses that.

Maybe I should buy him an Xbox cause he has mine... or a PS2??? grrrrrrrrr

Seriously, maybe a nice silver watch, you can never have to many watches. Does he wear hats? Does he have his own place, maybe something to decorate that if he does. Clothes, tons of variety, always different. Maybe you could make him little cards like "one night to stay in with me" or "one free movie pass" sounds corny, but come on guys, you have to admit you'd like it.

I found a dress that he has never seen me in (actually i dont think i ever wore it even once) so i am going to dress up in that and maybe make dinner... but i dont know what to cook. Hehehe.

He is about to move but I dont know what to get him to decorate it with because its pretty much furnished (this house was left to him from a relative).

A wrist watch sounds good but I dont think he'd wear it cause I just bought him that one for his birthay in Oct and its one of those clip on kind.

How about that memory stick he needs? My gf bought me an Xbox controller last v-day. I dunno about him, but I like to get stuff I want/need, not random stuff you think would be nice to buy. My gf also bought me cologne, but I never wear cologne! It sits in the bathroom to this day.
