    Hey [New member]

    Hello To Everyone :

    I am a 17yr old named Bob, I am from Southern Ontario. I do own an f-body, but it is a 1984 Z28, 305 HI-PO, Cam, Flowtech Headers, Edlebrock Highrise intake, flowmaster, shiftkit :

    Camaro

    Why I joined mostly, is due to the fact that I own a 2000 Chevy Venture. Now laugh it up a little, done? Alright, It has a SOHC SFI 3.4L v6 (185hp/210ft.tq). I was jw If this motor is the same in the early 4th gen v6 maros, birds? Because then thats where I could get mods from....any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

    Nice Z28! Unfortunately though, the v6 in the Venture isnt the same one that is in the 93-95 f-bodies. The main difference i can see is that the venture's engine is SOHC and f-bodies still have OHV. also, the venture is wrong wheel drive [img]graemlins/barf.gif[/img] so im pretty sure not too much will work for it...Im not aware of a large aftermarket for the venture [img]graemlins/rofl.gif[/img] why do you wanna soup up a van? focus on your kick@ss z dude, its got a 'little' more potential than the van...

          Thanks Guys:) Well, the Venture doesnt look like Mommys Little Van, I think mine looks kinda sporty. Also it gets like 850km per tank, and seats 7. Plus it hauls pretty good. Anyways guys, ya Ill get more pictures of the Camaro Soon. Anything You can think of doing to the Venture?

            When did they make a SOHC 3.4L V6? The LQ1 in the Monte Carlo Z34 was a DOHC 3.4L

              It's an LA1...but it's OHV, not SOHC. http://media.gm.com/division/2005_pr...specs.html#la1
