Getting Divorced

I hate to say it, but it has come down to this. April (firebirdchick98) and I are filing seperation papers on the grounds of irreconcilable differences and heading down the long road to divorce. We have been married for 1 1/2 years and dated for close to 5. The good thing is that we are not contesting anything and eveything has been taken care of between both of us.

This is my second marriage and now my second divorce. I am never ever getting married again. What exactly is marriage excpet a nice tax deduction?

A caution to people thinking about marriage at a young age - PLEASE WAIT TILL YOUR OLDER AND MATURE AND HAVE EXPERIENCE LIFE.

But I wouldn't get discouraged, surely theres someone else out there for you. And although I'm young, I am going to deffinetly wait until I am more mature until I pop the question.

Yep I think that was the whole problem. I was 28 and wanted to settle down. She was 19 and thought she wanted to settle down. Now she is 21 and wants to party, have fun, date other people and not have a commitment to one single person.
People change alot in thier late teens to mid 20's.

Go have some fun. just dont say you'll never marry again. U cant control who u fall in love with and whatnot. Just look at the brighter side of things. Now u can go to bars, talk to ladies, and actually take them home this time

Yes I was her first everything. I admit, she was young and at first I did not want to date her when I found out how old she was. But there was something there and we grew attached.
