  • Something for girls truck

Want to get something for my girls truck and i don't want to spend alot of money on it. It is for Valantines day and her birthday combinded. I am already getting it tinted, and i want to do one more thing. I am thinking either an intake or an eletronic exhaust cutout...anyother good ideas that don't cost to much, cause those are a little expesive if you ask me but i need to do one more thing. Can't do a gril or anything to the sound system, so i don't know what else to do, any other suggestions?

I dont think she'll be interested in a intake or exhaust mod...What about a security system or remote starter?

It is a 2004 Toyota Tundra V8...and i know that she wants a Exhaust system and a Intake for her truck, she is bad *** like that. Got to love chicks that like bad *** trucks! She wanted a chevy, but parents got her a Toyota.
The only thing is that intake is going to be almost 3 bills and i was hoping to get out under that amount, if i have to pay that much then i have to, but i just wanted to see what others thought. I am now thinking about the remote start idea though, my friend has it so i will work it into convorsations and see what she thinks about it.

I already know that she doesn't want a gril cause she doesn't want her car to get cut into, and she know that the slip on ones are ghetto.

I have a 01 Tundra and I have only heard bad things about intake and exhaust. Apparently Toyota engineered the intake and exhaust very well and a lot of people lost serious power when upgrading. My girlfriend recently got me a Hellwig Rear Sway Bar since Tundra's dont come with sway bars and I love it. Its pricey though, about $150 but easy install, you can do it yourself. But definitley a great gain for cornering and such so maybe consider that. If you have any other questions check out tundrasolutions.com.

Wouldn't it be hard to install considering that their isn't one already there? Don't you have to do alot of drilling and what not?

There is no drilling required, it bolts right onto the frame where there are holes already. Depending on if you know what you are doing, its about an hour job or so.
