Ive been trying to sell my Camaro since the begining of the summer and havent had any luck. Its a loaded exept leather '96 with 92k in good shape. not excellent, but good overall. I started out asking 5900, figuring if someone low balled be id still get what I want, which is 5k or better. ive only had it in the paper, didnt get anything. Im thinking of going with autotrader. Anybody have good luck selling recently? Im gonna ask more like 5400 now. Think thats a fair price? I have my eye on a '95 black 6-speed Trans Am, and Im getting impatient.

thats a really good deal, but also pretty unusual. My car is in good shape. Some are asking more like 6000-6500 for similar cars, other only ask 4000-5000. I think its fair, and I dont see any killer deals like that to complete with right now. I envy you guys who got those deals on there cars.\'95 3.4 metallic teal Camaro- t-boned by an F-250, sold and still runnin\' somewhere out there...

\'96 3.8 metallic teal camaro

...Lookin for black 6 speed Z28 or Trans Am...

Has TONS of cars... This site gets ads from local newspapers and just puts them on there. Half the time the people we call had no idea their ad was on there. Downside to this site is sometimes they're outdated.
www.autotrader.com
Good, but just don't like the layout of the site all that much
and the crappy ones imo:
www.vehix.com
I hate the way it won't let you do national search and it's vehicle options were somewhat limited last time I checked.
www.carmax.com
It pretty much only has 2-3 year old vehicles... And the prices are not good at all.
I use cars.com, and I think it's pretty darn good... Especially with the online "local" listings that have great private seller prices.Black 1997 Camaro RS
Mods: Headlight, Fog Lamp, Blinker, and Tail Light Blackouts
35% Tint Window Armor (www.windowarmorusa.com)
Upcoming: Replace failing driver\'s window motor and Black Power Antenna
<a href=\"http://members.ca

I cant even get a call for my '98 V6 Camaro with 44k miles on it. $7300obo in the paper but people arent even calling to make an offer. Autotrader.com and forums and outside my work where TONS of people driveby. :(
Had some calls but not many serious.
In town less than a mile away, they have a '99 NBM Camaro with 51k miles on it going for $12k LOL. Same car I have, double the price. Scumbag dealerships.\'98 z28
http://photobucket.com/albums/a245/GreatSave9/?start=all

KBB has a new classifieds section... saw that the other day...
Just make a more of an effort of making classified ads. Tell everyone you know ur selling it... and they'll tell their friends and then maybe u'll sell it. i do this for a living and word of mouth is a great source.~Jessica~
Office Manager @ http://www.fbodycentral.com
2001 Firebird GT NBM, A4
http://fbodyqueen.tripod.com/<

If you get 5K or better, you'll be LUCKY.
I got rid of my car with the following specs:
96 Silver Firebird, 4.10's, Edelbrock Exhaust, Catco Cat, RK Sport Headers (no leaks), 97 PCM, SLP CAI, $100 Tips, amongst other small things like reflective decals and upgraded badges all around.
Normal options: 91k miles, leather, the extra two speakers sound system, in damn good condition.
I got...$3500.2002 NBM Firehawk #312 | hawk.visionsconnect.com

i got a pretty good deal on mine '97 with 79k for $4200. But your price seems pretty fair...considering the best deal i found before getting lucky and finding my car was about $7000 for basically the same car.1997 Camaro
17x9 Chrome SS wheels, SLP CAI, Magnaflow Catback,
High Flow Cat, Blacked out Lights, 20% tint, AUDIO: 1600W Kenwood eXcelon Amp, 12\" Kicker L7, 1 Farad Cap (Recently STOLEN),
H&R Springs and KYB AGX\'s,
Billet Grille
