clutches and torque convertors could possibly be a supporting mod. Not necessarily a "bolt-on", but supporting mod prior to doing an internals or anything to make sure power is handled correctly

Yes, in essence, everything "bolts" on the the car.. but a supercharger is not a "bolt-on" part.
