Wasn't sure where to put this so I'll toss it in here. I was wondering what year Chevy put a digital compass on the rear view mirror on the Camaro or if they even did? And if they did is it at all possible to change the one I have my 94 Camaro and make it work?

There's never been one in a Camaro as far as I can tell, but I think the wiring harnesses for the rearview mirrors on all GMs are the same, so you could probably swap it out and plug in your existing 12v to it. You won't have the little map lights anymore (unless your new mirror comes with them) if you do this.http://www.cardomain.com/id/kefkafloyd
Red 1997 Pontiac Firebird 3.8L A4 w/ Y87

Yes... you can swap it for a mirror out of a Silverado and it should work. Was thinking about doing it once too, still might eventually.
