I guess a combination of high stress, lack of sleep, and poor eating got to me. It got me in a bad way, esp. on leg day.
Working out legs is alot more tougher than any bodyparts. Yesterday, I was getting dizzy alot from squats which was the start of my workout. Then I moved on to hamstring and by the time I was doing calves I wanted to call it quit. But I was determine to finish it.
When I was done, I just sat down for the longest time trying to catch my breath and letting my body cool down. I was covered in sweat and I got this feeling of cold and hot at the same time. I was also trying to prevent myself from slouching down and passing out.
I went home to rest up. Later during that day I got a nasty muscle spasm right on my lower back and it pulled my butt and shoulder back. Hurts like heck and still hurts even today. Right now I reek of Bengay.
