how in gods name did that thing ever win 3 trophies? the front isn't bad, but the interior and rear of the car almost made me throw up. were the judges from the car show blind or something? they might have been, after seeing that piece of crap.

Only if a fellow ricer buys it will they pay more than book value for modifications.
For 99.999% of other sales, modifications dramatically decrease the value of your car. Buyers aren't stupid. They know a "tricked out" car has not been driven gently.
You mention someone who paid a boatload of money for a modified RX7... well, that's nice, I also know people who paid hundreds of thousands of dollars into junk bond scams. Doesn't mean they're smart or "average", either. There will always be dumb consumers... but most do not buy the "its worth a bunch because of the mods!" BS.
Bid is still at $2550... [img]graemlins/rofl.gif[/img] Yeah, I'm sure he'll get eight thousand for that piece of ****.
