well im already going to the local vo-tech ( carrer technology center ) for Diesel tech. my brother went and he works at the walmart distribution ceneter working on the big walmart tractor trailers. he making a alittle under $17 an hour for doing alomst nothing. ( checks all the tire PSI, oil level ect. ) unless something big breaks he just has to inspect them. my uncle works on rail-road trains, no idea what he makes. or i can even go into a dealership. when i gaduate at vo-tech im a certified diesel tech. so i have a lot of different things to do. never really been interested in college anyway.

im sorry friend, i have gone through a vo-tech and was very familiar with the diesel program and you dont get the certifications that are requiered to be a certified dealership mechanic. it may fly at an independent shop but its still just a certification of completion. nothing more.

I'm not sure how this turned from "look at my picture" to employment advice, but I guess I'll chime in on the latter.
Don't discount college so quickly. $17/hr might seem like a lot of money to you right now, but it's not, and you don't want to be stuck making $17/hr for the rest of your life.
Words of Infernal wisdom.

College is freakin sweet. You owe it to yourself to at least give it a shot.

I too suggest giving college a try. I had a scholarship and turned it down because I wanted to work and make money instead. The scholarship was for 2 years at a local comm college, or 1 year at UNF. I now plan to go back to be a teacher. If I would have just took the scholarship, I would have graduated last year and would have had half the costs paid for.
Although, I make as much now as a beginning teacher, I don't really like what I do, and to make more money I have to get into management. Something I don't want to do.
BTW, I don't think it gets worse than this picture.

Doesn't get better than this, everyone says he looks like me. I feel sorry for him, if so. LOL
