See, this is the problem with snacking, already we mentioned some fatty foods that contribute to obesity and the national epidemic. Here is my contribution: raw vegetables or fruit & chicken/ turkey cold cuts. I'm sure there is plenty more but I recently saw SuperSize Me ( go rent it! ) and I was astonished how people turn unhealthy through fat laden foods . People with high metabolisms can get away with this for so long. Others sit by the pc and snack away. 1 positive that I will leave you all to think about is if you maintain your health and weight management through exercise plus good eating habits, you will untap more power & your V6 will thank you!

Now thats what im talking about. Get under the table!!! hahaha like in american wedding.. ah man.

my late night snacks consist of lowfat ****. my mom is a health freak so i have no real snacks.. and if they are snacks they are fat free or reduced fat. I like cereal and milk for a late nighter. usually i just have some leftovers from dinner the night before.

Sunflower Seeds are the ****. I can tear those up at night. Also barbecue vienna sausages are good. Also some Chef Boyardee spaghetti and meatballs can hit the spot as well.
