i plan to go to houston and check this car out i have talked to the guy on the phone and am planning on going to houston possibly with cash!! check out all the pics and let me know what yall think..p.s. 7k is what it is for sale for, i will be getting it a lil cheaper!! also check out all the body lines i have and they seem to match up pretty well, dojo did a carfax and it has had one owner and has considerably low miles on it, and it is really everything i want, on the carfax it comes out clean everything its good on it, it is from a dealer so is there anything i need to look out for, from the pics the carpet is not new (looking for flood damage) anything i need to pay attention to

i like white firebirds, trade in value is 6400 which is lil under hwat i would pay before taxes, it is low miles and looks very nice IMO,cheap on gas(gtp=premium gas) and retail value is 8k, plus it has had 1 owner!! sounds like a decent deal to me!! and on top of that i really like the car i just need opinions and suggestions

bret..bih has been abusing the board and putting down stupid post..do not worry about it, is being taken acare of, on another note, i went to the seller of the firebird and emailed everyone of the buyers asking about the quality,condition,how it was described etc. as i do not want to get ripped off

Just kidding Chet. I think it looks great, I'm not a fan of white cars in general, but I love what GM does with white. I bought my Camaro from a dealership also, a Toyato dealership actually. I paid a little over 5k I believe, and its got right at 97k miles on it. Was able to talk the dealer down a little because of a nasty gash on the fender and the clear was peeling on the nose because someone put a bra on it incorectly. (Had both of those fixed for a little under 400 dollars. Looks great!)

I say go for it, it looks sharp! I will miss your gold Camaro though, as theres very few of them around. I'm sure someone else has one on the board, I know I wont be the only one left. Hopefully..best of luck to you Chet. Let us know how it goes.

looks good, but ask yourself If you still see your self in a f-bod in a couple years. I love mine and all but maybee you should go take a few test drives and find out if you like anything else....just my opinion from personal experience ;) car does look to be in good shape though.

9camaro9 dark side? as in firebird if thats the case lol i like both i actually like birds a lil more but camaros can look just as good depending on what ya do to it! it is in north houston on 1 45 around humble i believe

Nice. Be warned, tho - it has that annoying angled throttle body under the hood (98=transition year from the earlier 4th gen model)
