well for starters, if this doesn't belong in the lounge, i apologize, i didnt know where to put it... Anyways, today, working at kmart finally paid off for something... there was this 12 inch electric buffer, that sold for 55 bucks sittin in the back from before the new kind came out (new ones had different packaging and were a diff color).. well it had been sitting there for a few months and it was the only one back there, and i asked my manager if i could but it for a little cheaper and he goes "sure how's 15 bucks sound) and then i said, alright!...anyways, it made my day cool...

Man, K-mart. I remember working there. That was a dark time in my life. Management there was the worst that I've ever seen. But, hey, that was an awesome deal on the buffer

Back when I worked at Eckerd, someone had jacked one of the bottles out of a double pack of nautica *I think* cologne. My manager walked up to me and tossed me the bottle, "here ya go"

It was pretty cool, because they were like $30/bottle :cool:

Good ol' Kmart....I worked there too (for like 2 yrs). If it weren't for the people I worked with I would have quit long before that. It was like 6 bucks an hour to do all kinds of dumb ****. It's like they had 3 people working the entire store sometimes. The store I worked at closed not too long after I was done there though. The 'override' key on the register was the best though! You want a Playstation for $20? OK!
