Does anyone else here love jogging? For the last two weeks, I have been jogging at night, every night, and I really enjoy it. I use to jog a lot, but when I went to college in Salt Lake City, where the air is like sludge, I thought it wasn't safe to job anymore... I didn't want to be breathing too much of that air. But now that I am home to a place where trees and grass dominate, I have been jogging a lot. I usually start running around 11:00pm to 1:00 am or so. I like the night air, and I just like getting out and going. I jog around the neighborhood, to friend's houses, around golf courses, etc. The golf course is nice since it's even and flat and it easy on the ankles. Now I am sitting here with a big slice of watermelon, a handful of strawberries, and a glass of orange juice, and I'm feeling good.

i love to jog. it helps relieve stress too. when i've got a lot going on and i just can't take it, i do one of two things: jog or golf.

I like to walk/jog/walk/jog.... when I have time : /. It really is fun. It's really hilly where I live, so you're pretty much never on flat ground.

Make sure to keep a lil' protein in that diet.

I'll give that a YEEYAH! That is so me. I highly recommend BodyLean by Advocare. They also make a good muscle-building protein drink called POS 2 (I just realized what that acronym could mean. You board members poison my mind!)

Last year I moved to a town where I don't feel comfortable running by myself, but I got a membership to the local gym and look forward to working out each day. It is my release from the stresses of work. I found an hour that there are only 2-4 other people at the gym, so its very peaceful.

I used to jog alot when I was going out with this girl. She and I would jog on a high school track. Much better than doing the trend mill in the gym.

I used to run 2-5 miles EVERY night just at dusk, id watch the sun set while I wsa headed down the road and by the time I got back the stars would be bright, but that was when I lived in the country, nothing better than when that runners high kicks in..... running here just isnt the same, dodging people on the sidewalks and cars wizzing by..... and I dont think there are any stars down here either :(

Jogging is better than running, but they're both terrible. That doesn't stop me, though...
