Me and a friend went there about noon today after class to check out the Z06's. Then decided to walk around the lot to check out the Impala SS's and Monte Carlo SS's and such. As I'm walking I see a 4 door sedan with an "SS" badge. Thinking it was a Malibu SS, I walked over to check it out only to see it was a COBALT SEDAN WITH SS BADGES ON IT! Had some gay little chrome exhaust tip on it. Right away in disgust I asked a salesman as he was walking by, why the hell is there an "SS" badge on a COBALT SEDAN. He said their doing it to many cars as a dealership thing ( Kind of like Yenko) I walked around behind the main lot and saw a line of "SS" cars. Chevrolet "SS" Colorado, stock except for "SS" badge! Chevrolet Tahoe "SS", this one was actully pretty cool because it was an LS4 with an Eaton supercharger on it. Had a dyno graph right by the price tag of $70,000 Made 317 RWHP and 370 RWTQ. I mean for $70,000 go to the next lot and pick up a Z06. The "SS" COBALT SEDAN was totally stock except for a gay exhaust tip. Then there were the "SS" Cobalt's coupe non-supercharged Some of the C6's and Z06's came with Corsa headers and catback for a few grand more. The only real thing I saw there that actully deserved the "SS" badge was the Impala. Which was sweet because its awesome looking and comfortable as hell! Did not see any Monte Carlo SS's though. WHAT WILL THEY "SS" NEXT? HHR? AVEO? AVALANCHE?

One cool thing I saw today as I was leaving work and walking to my car. It was an 2003 red Monte Carlo and had the license plate "Not N SS" I assume its a 3.4 modified with intake/exhaust etc.. I guess that guy understands Chevy has totally demolished the meaning of SS.
