We can arrange something, I think it could be a very interesting race:) It is running alright, but with a VERY burnt #4 plug wire. I hope to have a replacement this morning. We tuned it somewhat yesterday, and I have no SES lights now, and it starts up much better! My speedo reads correctly for the first time in a year or so. Hopefully I'll get to go WOT later today for the first time!

FIXED: It was the #4 spark plug broken. If you own Pacesetter's for the 3.8L, you've probably cussed the #4 primary design, and how NOT easy it is to torque down that plug without breaking it.

WOT feels great!!! We will be throwing her on the dyno as soon as we finish a few more mail-order PCM's

So far we're at 240rwhp and I don't remember the torque but it's a nice flat curve:) Spray numbers next week once I get the exhaust leaks fixed. I'll try to post the graph tonight, but it could be in the morning. I'm pleased. Before swapping cam and porting the heads and the tune, with the belt off did 225rwhp. I'm happy:)

240...nice (still want torque #'s though)
Thats the highest N/A anyones gotten...is it not?
Highest I've heard of anyway.
Very impressive.

I ended up leaving a bit early. It was VERY hot in the dyno bay, so it's likely to make 5-10rwhp more some morning:) We kept trying to give it a little more timing, and it always lost power, not from knock or pinging either. Leaned it out, and it lost power. So with it somewhat rich, it pulled hard to 6400rpm where we set the limiter for now, and wanted to keep going! Graph will be posted in the morning.

So for now, I am very happy with the results!!! I've got a few more things I am debating changing up in te future, but for now will settle with a 250rwhp NA graph. 350rwhp on the spray will be simple, and with the ability to tune for it now, I can see a 125 shot in my future Another update in the morning!

You have ME on video saying that?? Hmm. Anyway, I finally got the graph uploaded to the site! Here is the graph, which shows before (only removed speed limiter so we could do the pull in 4th gear for accuracy) and after the tune. The car feels great! There's definitely more in her as I stated earlier. It was 100+ degrees in the dyno bay at around 6:00pm. I'd expect 5-10rwhp more when we get a chance to give it the extra timing without being so hot

BIG THANKS to Keith and HPTuners, as my swap would not have been nearly as successful without the good tune! I'm glad to have the chance to work with them and this software, to help not only the V6 community, but my own ride too:)
