What were the dyno #s before the heads/cam swap? Was that 225rwhp with the old cam? What did you dyno with stock cam?.
If that 225rwhp was with old cam and you got extra 15rwhp with heads and bigger cam, do you think getting heads ported is worth it? What do you have done to your heads?

Numbers for the old cam only setup BELT OFF were 225rwhp. Stock cam was like 180's or so. Yes, I think getting the heads ported and fuilly worked is very worth it! I got a competition valve job done, had them milled .020", and I ported and polished them myself.

How many rwhp do you think heads are worth? Your before was with belt off and I don't really know how much that affects the power. How much do you charge for porting and how much does the valve job and milling cost? If you do sell that service that is. Thanks!
I think the heads were worth about 30rwhp or so, and I am no expert! We do not currently offer head porting services:( Most machine shops around here will mill them however much you want, cut the competition valve job andf back-cut the valves, do all the port work (runners and bowl), new valve guides and mill them for added clearance, and some more for under $1000.
I am on stock injectors having no problems, but am considering upgrading to 24 or 28# ones soon just for some R&D I have been working on.
