I live in a fraternity house. An old, old, fraternity house with many entrances for rodents. We've had flying squirrels that ended in concussions, bats that lead to broken arms, and a mouse that lead to unconsciousness for one and hundreds in property damage.
You're doing better than me if your rodents don't always end in a hospital visit.
We get them in the house once in awhile. We have two cats as well so it makes for some entertainment. Anyone else get the bat scene from Black Sheep in their heads during this thread

No, I live in a protected historic neighborhood. It's by a river, meaning there are lots of mosquitoes and other bugs in the summer. Bats survive by eating mosquitoes and other insects, thus there are lots of bats. If you stand outside at night you can see and hear them everywhere. Most of the buildings that stand here today were built in the 1700s, are poorly insulated in some cases, and is easy for bats to find their way in. Our local church had its attic sealed off completely from the rest of the building in 1950 because there was a large colony (read: hundreds or perhaps thousands of bats) living there and they could not be removed effectively.
But to update everyone, the bat has not been back, so it is either still hiding, dead, or it found its way out before I emptied a can of spray insulation. Let’s hope it stays that way. I’m wondering if I should get a rabies series. I don’t want to, but I’ve been reading up on websites that suggest if you wake up in a house and discover a bat, or were sleeping in a house with a known bat, it is a good idea to get one because if the bat came in contact with you while sleeping and transmitted rabies, you’re basically dead without it. Thoughts?

That's how it is where I live now. I live out in the middle of no where close to the New River.
Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
