walbro prime fuel psi fall of????

i know this is the loungs but i need few fast/correct ansrews

i installed the walbro and when i prime it the fuel psi fals from 45 to like 12 really fast......... is that normal ?

i have the corrigated hose and such and it has 2 clamps on the top and the pump was one tight so i only used one clamp

when motor is running or under boost the fuel PSI stays vary steady? 46 at idle

my psi is about 43 at idle with the walbro, I never see a really fast drop down that low. But then again, I don't have a built motor or anything to make a good comparison.

That's not normal at all. My FP is dropping too but not as bad as yours.

ok replaces it with 5/16 fuel inejction hose hold fine now [img]smile.gif[/img]
