I e-mailed these people about a week ago... no response.
I've been calling for the past 2 days at all different times, they havn't answered the phone.
I need to order like $450 in parts from them if they would only answer the phone! It is not very comforting if they don't answer the phone or return e-mails when I need these parts to get to me within like 7 business days.
Has anybody else dealt with them and were they like this with you guys, or am I catching them at a bad time?
I am about to take my business somewhere else...
