I think that's more of a 17 sec. car. It probably feels like a 15 sec. because it's a small car. Just like how some civic drivers think they have a 13 sec. car.
I got a Motor Trend review on it. Don't know where I put it though.

And that was babying the **** out of it, very very slow starts and shifting around 2k. I get 27-30 city with my matrix, and I beat the everliving **** out of it. 90% of the time I take off 1/2 to 3/4 throttle and I hardly ever shift below 3.5k. I could easily get 35 if I drove conservativly. I at all wouldn't be surprise if I got close to 40 if I really babied it. Highway milage is around 40.
Most "economy" cars get 30 city and 40 highway.
