Those cars can def run a mid 15. My friend had a sentra with a det we swapped in. Ran a 13.1 @ 106 on stock boost(8 psi) with cams and slicks. The SR20 is my favorite import engine, good pick up. :D

Ok I found my Sep. 1995 Motor Trend. That car does run 0-60 in 8.2 and 16.4 in the 1/4. Now this is stock.

With it's mod, it probably does run 15. So Shane, you're right.

'97 Chevrolet Cavalier Z24
Base price $14,465
Price as tested $16,435
Horpower 150 @6,000
Torque 155 @4,400
0-60 7.8
Quarter mile 15.8 @ 87mph
Lateral acceleration (g) .78
Slalom 65mph

That's 4 cyl. 2.4 liter that can be modded to 200 hp. according to Hot Rod.

This Cavy runs like a V6 F-body. 15.8 to Nissan's 16.2--I think Shane definately needs to be modded.

Its an sr20de, the t on the end means its the turbo motor, which has some internal upgrades over the de engine.
