I'll agree that jerk off (no pun intended) needs to be prosecuted. We had a bum at the Ybor campus where I went before I started USF that would yell at the sky...he would talk to clouds and bother students for money and food...so the rent a cops would make him go across the street. He then would continue yelling at the sky.

August 11th, 2005


At 9:50 p.m., a Medical Assistant (Mrs. Richmond's) student by the name of Leslie Clark had an incident at the library.

While sitting on computer #2 and doing her class assignments a man in his late 20's or in his 30's pounded on the glass window that's right behind the steele stairs in order to get Mrs. Clark's attention. The man then unzip his pants and began masturbating in her presence. At this time Mrs. Clark was alone in the library. She reported the incident to our custodian, Joseph, and he in turn notified Dan our security guard. Both of them investigated but the man was not there anymore.

Also, the man has been seen before walking around our campus. It is imperative that not only should the security guard watch out for our students and even our staff but that staff, and students should watch out for one another.

From here on the blinds at the library will be close and only open when the Coordinator is present.

The school I work in has about 70 percent female students that are in their early 20's. Yes, they are very vulnerable. Especially when there's a strip club down the block.
