Law suit. If I took my car to shop to have new tires put on then and seen my car doing a big burnout, I would straight up yank the son of a ***** out of my car gangster style and proceed to smash his face into the pavement.

1. they have to do high speed test, but they still can't brake the speed limit.

2. theres no reason you tires should EVER be smoked or diven like that. if he would have hit someone while he was doing that you would have to say he stole the car to keep your own *** out of sh!t

3. HE STOLE YOUR CAR. he abused it. they do test drive it but he when way beond his limits, and at that point he was stealing your car,

i would have called the cops right then and there, now i would call a lawyer

4 take the car back and use a video camera lol nail there ***'ss to the ground

Yeah, that guy was full of ****. I take my cars to a little shop called mcgaw brothers, they are always honest and fair priced and tell you like it is. If i just need a tire done ill go to pep boys but ill always watch them, one time i went there the stupid kid left the lift lever on a little and my gtp slowly went until it almost fell, i had to run over and turn it off and i smacked him on the head and called him a dumb****.

The guy that did this crap to my car I'd personally confront. It it ain't gonne be an invitation for some cookies.

At the very least, they owe you a detail (to clean up the rubber) and a new pair of rear tires. There's no excuse for doing that to a customer's car.

When I go to an unfamiliar shop (IE, I don't actually KNOW someone working there), I'll ask they they let ME drive the car on to the rack. Sometimes they let me, sometimes they don't.

I would have called the police, definitely woudl not sign anything, or even gotten my car from them. Then as soon as I got the info I woudl be calling the general/district/regional whatever, and if the lawyer says its cool I woudl be calling the news stations, see if I could get a report run from them.

**** I woudl ***** out the manager on duty, if I saw someone take my car WOT in a way thats a little crazy, if they were doing something routine like tires on my car.

Dont be a pushover. Dont sue, but call their corporate headquarters and start a $hitstorm. You will get something from it, ill tell you that much.

Ive had my tires put on from a friend at Pep Boys, and he just told me "hell no, theres no need to do road tests on them"
