Until you live with or have someone in the family (or a close friend or relative) that's handicapped whether physically or mentally, you will not fully understand the aggrivation or pain a joke like this can temporarily cause. Basically, it's not funny. I'd do yourself a favor and delete it before you piss more people off. Only people, ie: kids/younger adults, with little life experience would find this funny. Thanks for trying though. I know you meant well cuz you're a good person. ;)
