oh man, my Spanish teacher must have been laughing her *** off..
We had to write a 450 word paper in Spanish last week. Well, I turned in a first draft for her to make corrections onn and one of the verbs I had used made no sense at all.
I was meaning to say "it is fun to ask for gifts" but the verb I used translates to "it is fun to give birth to gifts".
Oh those little slip-ups that make the sentence way out of context [img]tongue.gif[/img]
[img]graemlins/rofl.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/rofl.gif[/img] I hated it when that happened to me in Spanish, & it really hurts when those gifts come flying out. [img]tongue.gif[/img]
