no really what is that clear shield on the hood of the cars?
In Hawaii Cops use there own personal cars while on duty. They just have a little blue light on top that they can take off after work. The nice thing is they have to leave the blue light on at all times. You can see then from a mile away before you they catch you speeding. Skylines don't cost 100K, depending on what type of skyline, you can get them for 35k or cheaper... not street legal in states, but for a few more grand you can make it streetable. I forget what company does that.
