WTF is wrong with all the spacing and crap the more i try to fix it, the wores it gets !!!!!!!!!!!!!

HTML is fine, your PROBLEM is FP03.

It looks like your table spacing is 1300 pixels wide by 2400 pixels tall. Decrease the width of the tables to something around 800 pixels, or even go width='100%' so it auto-adjusts to each persons screen setting

Yep, you should really lay out the site to the 780 pixels width, since 800x600 is the "standard". I'm running a huge resolution, so it looks fine, but I doubt many others are.

Ditch Frontpage, it's crap. Get Dreamweaver if you want to do simple sites. If you want to layout exactly how you want things, learn HTML. It isn't too complicated until you get into CSS, Javascript, and DIV layering.

there are plenty of websites on how to make websites and im sure you can find the code for a redirect on the first two

i dont know if they have the code on how to redirect but its a great site for learning html

Take out the |'s (the board blocks META tags). Put that between your <H|E|A|D> and </H|E|A|D> command. The content = 1 stands for number of seconds till forwarding. Change the URL address to whatever you desire.
