Grad TA and students....

I rarely have a chance to go out but when I do I run into my students that I teach. They come up out of no where say hi, hug me, kiss on the cheak...then step back in realization of the fact I am there teacher. It was funny and cute the first time, now after the 20th time its erie and creepy. I am only 2-3 years older than them and they freak Like Im some 50 yo or something. I have never made a move on them but when Im out, you know Im putting on the moves to this girl I meet, shes flirting back, and then her friend walks in...BAM a student. She then tells her friend, "Hey he's my teacher!" Then the friends settles down. I have been CB by a student. I am verry irritated at this moment, SEEMS like everybody knows everybody here at FSU. It happens ONE MORE TIME, I dont know what I will do.

WHY, GOD, WHY? put me in room full on beautiful ladies and..hahahaha you cant date a one, hahahahahah. I swear GOD has a sense of humor, just wished he shared it with someone besides me, this joke would rank up with if the Red Sox after being up 3 games turn into the yankees and lose the world series.

This year sucks so bad, and not in the good way, I can't wait it to end.

I understand what you are saying, I am a young teacher too......but grow up! This is one of the challenges of being a young teacher and you just have to live with it.

If you are going out on a date you need to go to the next town or something....you need to remove yourself from where your students are or they will be asking about your personal life at school.

I've seen too many young teachers loose their job because they do not create distance from their students.

I am now 7 years older than my students and I still have problems with running into my students when I am out with my boyfriend at the grocery store or shopping. Because of that, I make damn sure that I am not walking through the middle of town making out with my boyfriend or getting drunk, etc. I go to a different location or stay home in those situations.

And if you can't deal with the situations like an adult and teacher, you should start looking for a new job.

hey wait that happened here to at my old HS too. yea but here the guy got them drunk. so wear a rubber (have we learned anything from kobe's case?) and keep the alcohol out of it. and dont post on here about how you're a pedophile!

OK.... HERE LET ME DIFINE WHERE I AM AT, THE TRUE DELIMA, I am not hanging out where they should be, I catch them with the fake ID, GET THE POINT, I WANT TO BE FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!!! SO GO SHOVE IT.
