Ok just bought a Jeep Wrangler 2000 model.
So it has to stay it's the work vehicle.
I also have my 96 firebird:
3.8, 5spd, rim/tire package, free/custom intake, catback, T/A rear bumper, black w/black window tint, stereo upgrades, XM.
91 toyota mr2:
turbo 5spd, t-top, full body kit (molded) except front right which my dad backed into with his chereokee busting the mold and slightly dented fender, suspension/1.5" drop, it also has down pipe and full exhaust, upgraded intercooler, two electric fans on engine bay hood, boost controller, and boost gauge, A/F ratio gauge, super sequnetiaal blow off valve, egt gauge, sparco seats awaiting install. And some other little stuff. Although the engine spun a rod or bearing, and needs a rebuild, or swap 3.1 toyota v6 then supercharge??. Um anyways.
I work out of state so which ever car I keep will be mostly a track, and weekend driver back home. All the vehicles are paid for. And while I have put alot of money into the mr2, I don't want to sell it, and I don't want to sell the bird because it's actually a "road vehicle" if I want to switch and use it for a few weeks for work.
I can't keep both, and don't know what to do. If I sell the mr2, I'll lose alot of money I've put into it, and a great track/autocross car, which I'd really like to get more into.
If I sell the firebird, I'll lose the ability to "switch" work cars, as the firebird can take the mileage, far better then the lowered mr2. And it's more comfy, and bigger/safer for ever day use.
or I could sell them both, start saving, and buy what I really really want, an NSX next summer :D
