Yea i baught the water already PH balanced and all that its better than going out to wal mart and spending $10.00 on a bottle that PH balances the water and removes the chlorine.

Besides i only spent $2.00 for 10 gallons worth.

These are painted neon tetras, easy to take care of, pretty hearty.

This is a clown loach be carefully with this guy the water conditions have to be perfect or they get sick pretty easy.

Here are a few shots of my aquarium I used to have more fish but I don't have the time any more and with the load of fish I have and the huge filter I run the load balance is perfect so good that I don’t need to clean it out I only add water to it every month, change the filter and use a high quality ammonia removing media.

those are painted glass fish... they take the fish and inject it with a dye. not hardy, color will fade within a month, if they live that long. the other as stated above is a clown loach and they get HUGE, one foot is not uncommon. as for buying ph balanced water... why?? most water is already at 7 which is where it needs to be for most fish, and you're gonna need more water because you have to gravel vac/water change etc.
also since you have white gravel i suggest http://www.otocinclus.com/images/oto1.jpg stays small and is an algae weedeater. enjoy

No wonder my friend had one of thosoe but in blue and the color faded away we taught it was sick, then it died.

I looked up the name and it sayd that they often only live a month because the dye they use is toxic :(

You guys have cool aquariums. I want to go out and get a big one now.

I have a little 1.66gal octagonal tank with a sunken ship and a fake plant.

                          My fish:

1 2 inch long yellow african cychlid
                          1 3 inch long catfish

I have had it for like 9 months now. I am surprised my fish have lived so long. I am afraid that if I upgrade and get more fish, my little yellow fish will eat the new fish. He is very aggressive.
