The Cobalt did run a faster lap around the 1.6 mile road course, and had better 60-0 braking, while the SRT4 had the better figure-8 time and 600ft slalom avg. speed.
And yes, they did mention the various upgrades the Dodge offers, as well as the ones that GM offers too.
