What I am wondering about is why this guy was looking for action in a Gentleman's club? I would think that if a guy goes there, he is into women and not men.

My only guess would be that he was looking for one of the many lonely guys that visit strip clubs that would probably settle for anything. Either that or he got confused with the term "gentlemen's club".
