i've been using MuscleTech's Cell Tech - I've gained about 3 lbs in three weeks. It's very, very difficult for me to gain weight and this has been helping.

    Pricy, though.

Creatine is Creatine, get 100% pure German Creatine, which is cheaper and better. Muscle Tech and EAS usually rip consumers off.

If you take creatine make sure you drink enough water, and make sure you do the loading phase, and then with the maintance.

And dont forget to lift hard during this period.

I dont like it, cause I feel I gain water weight, and get bloated.

Yep, when you think you have drank a hell of a lot of water, drink that same amount again. Got three quad pulls that agree as well. Oh yea, cell tech or the serum will do you best

I was off and on on it. But I never felt any advantage when I was on it for a long time. I did got bloated and I notice I was retaining water on the side of my abs.

The only thing I take is multi-vitamin and whey protein. Would I go back to it, most likely not. I still have alot of left over that will sit around for awhile.

Creatine is creatine. Buy the cheapest monohydrate powder you can find, take it with some grape juice. I'll spare you my rant about overhyped, overpriced junk that's no better, and often worse, than the cheap stuff. Creatine plumps up the muscles somewhat, which not everyone agrees allows for faster muscle building. Most folks lose most of the visible gains upon stopping it.

You get very noticeable gains after loading (size, not strength), but lose most of it when you stop. Cycle it. Better yet, spend your money on the right foods, eat them at the right times, work your tail off and get plenty of rest. There's nothing more anabolic than food.

It's harmless if used properly. Try bodybuilding.com. And read the articles before you post on the forum, or you'll be sorry. For good info. I recommend the supplements forum - and stay away from the idiotic teen and sex forums.

Think about what you are taking it for. If you do use it, don't use it for a long period of time and don't use anything else while you take it.

Just like most suppliments, if you don't respect it, then it can really mess you up. Make sure you drink LOTS of water too. Since it allows you muscles to hold more H2O, you can get dehydrated more quickly.

On a side note...I think it either has been banned, or is in the process of being banned from use in the NCAA (the last I heard).

For those of you who may be interested.

Don't get so caught up in supplements. They definately just come and go. And don't get on that fad wagon. I don't know if you remember Chromium Picolate. Everybody was on it, which is like creatine.

Instead get caught up more on proper training and proper nutrition. Trust me, I've spent tons of money on supplements. I could have bought another Firebird if I didn't.

My best progress came when I focused more on training and nutrition.
