  • people need to watch where the **** they are driving

Yesterday i had just started out from a stop light and was driving over a 4 lange bridge (2 each way) and there was a car to the right of me. I was ahead of her (diagram here http://www.geocities.com/super_saiya.../SideSwipe.JPG ) and she just decides to not even ****in' look to her side or blind spot to see if anyone is next to her!!!! i mean come on WTF if you dont LOOK before you GO then you should not be driving. Thanks to her i have some nice scratches and like 3 little dents and one small to medium one.

I however was still nice about it though because it does not good to get all angry and swear and yell, doing that wont make the dents and scratches go away. We traded names/numbers/insurance etc. Went to the police station to file a report and said that if it was under $1000 we didn't need to get the insurance involved cause i dont need MY rates to go up for something someone else ****ed up on.

To top it off SHE WASNT EVEN HOT lol.

You were in front of her? That's ridiculous. It's not like you were in her blind spot, she should have enough periferal vision to see someone next to her. She must not have been paying attention to the road; makeup, cel phone, dog in passenger seat, etc...

Her and her moms excuse was "oh she was tired, she was up for 24 hrs and only got 4-5 hrs sleep" ya know what i say to that...BULLLLLL**** 4-5 is plenty to be operational more aware than that, and she should have KNOWN if she was too tired to drive and if she was too tired to drive then the mother should have been driving.

And somebody already hit your car?
Isn't it rediculous, can't even get yourself something nice to drive anymore because people are such MORONS it will be f*cked up in a few weeks.

So if it's under $1000 does that mean she is paying for the repairs?

If she's not you better call her insurance company right away.. f*ck that sh*t.

Drivers today are getting out of hand. I almost went head to head with an F350 pickup on the way to work this morning. The contractor driving it was FVCKING READING!!!!!!

I honked and he swerved at the last minute to miss me. He almost lost the whole truck.

I had someone pull over two lanes so that a fire truck could go around...I was pulling to the side and he was in the lane next to me and decided to go just about a 90 degree turn to get off without looking. I'd say he was less than 6 inches from hitting me. If I hadn't slammed on the brakes and swerved he would have slammed into me. Its ok though....I followed him for the next half hour which scared the **** out of him.

</font>[/QUOTE]I KNOW...isn't that bull**** i've had it 3-4 weeks with only 1370 miles on it!!!!!

Well we went and got 2 estimates today one was $1,554 and the other i dont know hwat it is yet because they had to call jon lancaster (dealer where i got my car) to get a part number because both body shops suggested to get a new door skin since it was so new and so low miles.

And yea, she said if it was under 1K she would pay out of pocket but thats not the case so insurance companies have to get involved (fun).

Contact her insurance company immediately. It doesn't matter if it's $3.50 or $3,000 of damage, it's her fault and she needs to pay for it.

What kind of lousy insurance you got? It's not your fault, your insurance shouldn't go up.

I had an old lady back into me in a parking lot. Her insurance paid, I got a nice new paint job all over in ddition to the factory replacement parts, and my rates didn't change at all.

I think maybe if you were in several not-at-fault accidents in a short period of time they might look at it differently, but they shouldn't raise your rates over one idiot ramming you.

And good move keeping your cool. It sucks, but nothing you can say will undo the damage. She'll get hers when her next insurance bill comes.
